Shipping policy

  • Please allow an extra 3-4 business days for your package to arrive after it has been shipped.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking details.

Shipping Limitations

We only deliver to the contiguous 48 states within the US.

Shipment Confirmation & Delivery Receipt

Most deliveries do not require a signature unless the carrier deems it necessary based on the delivery area. However, larger items shipped via LTL freight may need a signature from someone 18 years or older.

Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We can typically resolve such issues within 2-3 business days.

Damaged Goods

We strive to package items securely, but in the event your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 72 hours via email or call 515-252-0435
  2. Take a clear photo of the damage.
  3. Retain all original packaging and materials.
  4. Prepare the damaged items for collection.

Important: For freight shipments with visible damage, refuse delivery and do not sign any documents.

Freight Shipments

  • When your order is too large for standard parcel carriers, we’ll arrange delivery through a trusted freight company.
  • Freight deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
  • A signature is required, and the recipient must be at least 18 years old.

Delivery Appointment

  • The delivery service will reach out to schedule a convenient time for drop-off.
  • Please provide a valid contact number when placing your order.

Inspect Before Signing

  • If your freight item arrives damaged, thoroughly inspect it before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If damage is visible, do not sign or accept delivery.
  • Return the item with the driver and inform us immediately.

Non-Returnable Freight Items

  • Freight shipments are not returnable.
  • For a proper fit, reach out to us before placing an order to confirm the correct fit.
  • If there is visible damage, do not sign the delivery receipt.

Freight Delivery Options
Freight orders will arrive via semi or liftgate truck. Certain addresses may require delivery to an alternate location; commercial addresses with access to a forklift or dock are recommended.

Liftgate Service

  • Liftgate service is provided on all residential shipments of Rebel Box, Rebel HB, and Matrix products.
  • Liftgates are only used to unload the item onto the ground.
  • Drivers will place the order at the nearest covered area but are not responsible for moving it further. Final placement is the customer’s responsibility.
