Registration must be completed by the original retail purchaser within 30 days of delivery and before a defect, failure, leak, or other potential warranty-related issue is discovered.

• Original vehicle information
  
• Photo of the topper installed on the vehicle

The serial number is located on the identification plaque inside your MATRIX® topper.
